P202-2H井施工难度大:水平井段长,管柱摩阻大,对施工管柱要求安全系数高;钻井完成后水平井段可能存在附着套管壁上的水泥环,入井管柱在进入水平段后摩擦或震动易造成水泥环脱落,引起管柱被埋或卡死;大直径工具进入水平段风险高,特别是可能存在的水泥环或其他杂质会引起卡钻事故;射孔井段长,射孔枪在水平井段震动大,可能发生卡钻事故。
The construction of well P202-2H is difficult due to the long horizontal hole section and large string friction. A high safety coefficient for strings in construction is required. After the completion of drilling, there might be cement sheaths adhered to the casing wall on the horizontal hole section, and such cement sheaths are liable to fall off because of the friction or vibration caused by strings running into the horizontal hole section; as a result, the string might be buried or stuck. There are high risks of tools with large diameters entering the horizontal hole section; in particular, the existing cement sheaths or other impurities may cause a jamming of the drilling tool. The perforated interval is long and the perforating gun is in much vibration at the horizontal hole section, which may also cause a jamming of the drilling tool.
