1、定子机座采用钢板焊接,结构轻巧牢固,为了便于下线时定子线圈端部的绑扎,机座长度设计成伸至两端铁心压板处。定子吊攀焊在机座两侧,以便于制造过程中定子翻身。
1. The stator frame is welded with steel sheets, making its structure light but firm. To ease the lashing at the stator coil’s end, the stator frame extends to the stator core pressing plates at the two ends. The stator’s lifting hooks are welded on both sides of the frame to facilitate turning the stator upside down during manufacturing.
2、定子铁心由优质电工硅钢片冲制叠压而成。硅钢片两面具有坚固的绝缘漆。支持筋通过角钢直接焊在机座壁板上,两端用压圈和齿压板压紧。铁心分成31段,每段之间用通风槽钢支撑,形成径向通风路,以便通风,使铁心得以良好冷却。
2. The stator core is laminated with high quality electrical silicon steel sheets. Firm insulation coating is applied on both sides of each steel sheet. Supporting bars are directly welded onto the wall plates of the frame via angle steel, with their two ends securely pressed with clamping rings and finger plates. The core is divided into 31 segments, and steel channels are used to provide support and radial ventilation between segments to cool the core properly.
3、定子线圈采用半组式,线圈的匝间和对地绝缘采用F级胶粉云母带连续包扎,模压成型,并经防晕处理。
3. The stator coil is of half winding type. For turn-to-turn insulation and insulation against ground, the coil is continuously wrapped with Grade F dry mica tapes, formed by molding and treated for corona suppression.
4、轴承是压力油循环的滑动轴承,具有能自动调心的球面轴瓦。轴承座由铸铁制成,两端设有挡油板装置。轴承座与底板间以及油管间设有绝缘装置。
4. The plain bearing with circulating pressure oil is adopted. It is also equipped with a self-aligning spherical bearing pad. The bearing pedestal is made of cast iron, with oil baffles arranged at both ends. Insulation is provided among the bearing pedestal, baseplate and oil duct.
5、发电机定子埋有测量定子线圈与定子铁心温度的铂电阻测温元件。端盖与机座装有测量进出风温的双金属温度计,轴承座出油处亦装有电接点双金属温度计,以测量轴承回油温度。
5. In the stator, platinum resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) are embedded to measure the temperatures at the stator coil and stator core. On the end cover and stator frame, bimetallic RTDs are arranged to measure the temperatures of the inlet/outlet air. At the oil outlets on the bearing pedestal, electric-contact bimetallic RTDs are also provided to measure the temperature of the bearing return oil.
